They work with your specific situation, give you several different options, & allow you to ask questions to come to what will work best for you. Getting pre approved upfront meant we could comfortably shop homes that fit our budget & the loan we wanted. Our home buying experience went so amazingly well because at every step they armed us with knowledge so we could avoid pitfalls & sail smoothly to the closing table. Knowledge is power! I never thought it would be this easy. Now on to the hard part… Packing!

They made us much more comfortable throughout the entire process. They worked miracles to get us our home at the right price with payments we could afford. They helped to make sure we crossed every T and dotted every I. They explained each step and made us feel like friends not just clients. They even brought pizza for us and our family and friends on moving day. That was an amazing help and far beyond necessary. We cherish the house warming gift, a personalized charcuterie board, they brought to us a few days after we’d moved in and then sent us recipe ideas monthly the first year. It was the sweetest thing and every time we use the board, we are filled again with gratitude for them. It is a sweet reminder of how this is not just a job for them. They genuinely care about people and want to see their clients get the best. As long as they are in business, they will be our lenders. I highly recommend them! I know they will do their best for you as well.
